Description: The Neighbourhood Development Team (NDT) project addresses crime and social disorder in targeted high-risk neighbourhoods. It includes the use of a crime analyst/social planner, a neighbourhood outreach coordinator, and the involvement of the RCMP to create a three-year plan for targeted neighbourhoods.
