Filing bankruptcy will not absolve you of the MVAC judgment debt against you.

Even if you included the debt in your bankruptcy and have been discharged by the court, your driver’s licence and vehicle registrations will still be suspended in Alberta and in all reciprocating jurisdictions across Canada until you make satisfactory arrangements to pay the amount you owe to MVAC.
