MEP must wait up to 10 days for money obtained from debtors' personal cheques and up to 8 days for pre-authorized withdrawals to clear through their financial institution. Once the money has cleared, it is deposited directly into the creditor's bank account.

MEP Accounts Online and the MEP Info Line allow you to confirm, through the web or by telephone, that money has been sent to you. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Information is updated nightly with the financial transactions completed that day. This updated information is then available to clientele the following business day.
